Employees of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, venture capital, management consulting, financial, or other industries — including such employees who are MD, DO, PhD, RN, PA, PharmD, or any other type of health care professional whose primary professional activity is as an employee of such a company.
U.S. Government Employee
Any employee of the federal government. You will be asked to present your federal government ID to pick up your badge on-site.
Prohibition on Badge Swapping, Sharing, or Lending
Each person attending a CRF-sponsored/ -managed meeting, symposium, program, event, etc. will be issued an event-specific badge bearing that person’s name. She or he must have the badge bearing their own name in her or his possession at all times while on the premises at which the event is taking place. SWAPPING, SHARING, OR LENDING AN EVENT BADGE TO ANY OTHER PERSON IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. The full policy is available in our Terms and Conditions.
All cancellations must be received in writing. If we receive your cancellation in writing before Tuesday, December 19, 2023 (by 11:59 PM EST), you will receive a full refund minus a US$100 administrative fee. If we receive your cancellation in writing between Wednesday, December 20, 2023 (12:00 AM EST) and Monday, January 22, 2024 (by 11:59 PM EST), you will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be processed after Tuesday, January 23, 2024.
Registration for Fellows is free; however, a credit card is required during the registration process. A pre-authorization hold of US$100 will be placed on your credit card. You will be charged a nonrefundable fee of US$100 in the following cases: a) if you cancel your registration after Monday, January 22, 2024 (by 11:59 PM EST), or b) if you fail to attend CTO Plus 2024. If you are a fellow and need to cancel your registration, kindly do so by Monday, January 22, 2024 (by 11:59 PM EST).
In case of cancellation (whether by you or by CRF), please be sure to cancel your associated travel arrangements (e.g., lodging/housing, airfare, or other travel arrangements, etc.) that you may have made to attend CTO Plus 2024 in person. As more fully set forth in our Terms and Conditions, CRF is not liable nor responsible for any such associated travel costs.
Acceptable forms of payments are credit card and U.S. check. If you would like to pay by wire, a mandatory US$75 wire processing fee will automatically be added to your total.
Badge Changes and/or Reprints
The fee for on-site badge changes or reprints is US$75 per change/reprint.
